IMPORTANT NOTICE | Snow Plowing Policy (Drivelanes)
Hey Matt, any plowing under the 1 inch trigger is at my discretion. It’s all dependent on the snow amount, temperature conditions and future forecast. My goal is to have as little of snowpack on those drivelanes as possible for the residents and to make future snowfalls easier for us to operate in. Moving forward I will plan on emailing you, Chad and whatever other board members you’d like to include on our operations plan and amounts. Hopefully this can eliminate the
Confusion.
This started as something I was doing to be nice because I like my accounts to look good and I believe it is going to turn into more of a headache for me and zero dollars added. Let me know how the meeting goes and if anyone has any other input.

MONTHLY ASSOCIATION DUES INCREASE
The Fiscal Year Budget has been completed. It has been decided the monthly association dues amount will increase to $350.00 per month. This increase will begin January 1, 2026. If you are currently on auto payment through this office, you will not have to do anything. If you have auto payment set up through your bank, you will have to make sure it has been raised to the $350.00 amount by January 1, 2026.
