Red Cedar Canyon Townhouses

Red Cedar Canyon Townhouses are nestled in the northwest corner of the larger Red Cedar Canyon development. There are 112 distinctive townhouses, both one and two-story homes, lining the streets of West Canyon Drive and Deerwood Court.

New MJF Management Suite Number (Suite 104 Moved to Suite 111)

RE: New Suite Number on 3-1-2025.

We will be located in the same office complex but will be moving to a different suite on 3-1- 2025. The new suite number will be suite 111 instead of suite 104. Please make sure to change all of your mailings to the new number on all items mailed after the first of March.

2025 SUMMER MULCHING OF 37-111

The mulching of 37-111 will be performed this summer. If anyone is planning on doing their own at those units, please contact me. Also, the acceptable mulch is "Western Red Cedar" and is available at Gerten's in Inver Grove Heights (5500 Blaine Ave | (651) 450-1501).

Salt Buckets for Homeowner Use

The Board of Directors has approved a five-gallon bucket of salt for homeowner use. The Association will provide this to any homeowners that would like it. This is to be used to supplement the grounds crew applications on areas that are hazardous.

Please send an email to matt@mjfandassociates.net by the end of next week (Friday, 1/31) if this is something you would like.
